An Experience That Shaped My Life To Become Better

As I reflect on my life,one experience that stand out as a pivotal moment of growth and transformations was my participation in a school development program during my higher national diploma ( HND) 1

Growing up in a comfortable middle class family, l had always been sheltered from the harsh realities of poverty and inequality. However, during my HND1 program I stay in a rural areas in a disadvantaged region of the country. The experience was a rude awakening as I was confronted with the Stark realities of poverty, lack of transportation because my house is far from school and money.

As part of the HND1 I worked closely with my practical work books and other stake holder to identify my experience and knowledge needed for success in my chosen career. And HND1 is just what I need to get ahead of any competition work.

One of the biggest challenges i faced in this HND1 program was practical skills and career readiness,they face challenges related to discrimination and the need for stronger polytechnic industry linkages but also present growth opportunities through further education and specialization.

The experience taught me several valuable lesson that have shaped my life and career, firstly I learned the importance of practical skills, specialized knowledge career advancement and flexibility and I gain a deeper understanding offer a blend of theoretical and real world application’s

In conclusion,my experience during the HND1 program was Transformative journey this experience i gained valuable skills and knowledge also allowing for further study.
